Stand-up Craft Tool Case

Earlier this week a dear friend of mine and fellow That Craft Place DT teamie, Erin Stewart, asked me to create a tool case for when she goes to Craft workshops.

So I got on with planning and putting something together whilst my sewing mojo was with me. It's not often around nowadays!!

I used hardboard to give it structure for standing up. It is lightweight, and happened to be the most appropriate option in my Dad's vast garage of hoarded wood type materials!

I used the following materials / steps:

FABRICS: Polycotton from stash

OTHER PRODUCTS USED: Greyboard sheet from That Craft Place. Hardboard sheet from my Dad's wood stash! Bondaweb interfacing. 4oz Wadding.  Polyester thread. Ribbon.  Sizzix Bigz "LOLLIPOP" alphabet dies.

Here's some more photos:

I've made the stand bit so that it can be stood up at 3 different angles ....
