Combining Spectrum Noir Products - Aqua Markers & Sparkle Pens

Good morning friends! You may have seen THIS card recently on my blog.

Today I'm sharing the same basic layout but instead of just Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers, I added a little of the Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens to the background and coloured the whole of the butterfly with the Sparkle Pens.  
                  
                                   
Because both of these products are waterbased, they really do work fantastically together, giving even more scope for fantastic colour filled projects!
                           
You can find a list of all the materials I used below.  I am also planning (in the near future!!) to do a video tutorial for this style of card, including how to do this background, so stay tuned for that.

HOME Freestanding Plaque | Daisy's Jewels & Crafts

There's no place like home, right? So I just had to decorate this plaque!
                 
Pairing Graphic 45 Papers with MDF from Daisy's Jewels & Crafts, the result is a colourful centrepiece for my mantlepiece!

Shaker Card - Butterflies & Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers #3

I am very enamoured with Shaker Cards lately and this card in particular, which features more of the butterflies from Cherry Green's new release of stamps!
                            
The background that I've created for a few of these samples is one of my favourite techniques and I'm planning a video tutorial, so keep checking back!

Let's Dance! - Cherry Green & Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers #2

Called "Let's Dance", this stamp from Cherry Green, would not normally be in keeping with my style.  

 However! Paired with Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers and a modern clean and simple card style,  I really loved the outcome!

Colourful Card - Butterflies & Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers #1

If you love butterfly images as much as I do then you are going to adore this new stamp release from Cherry Green!
                            
Launching on Hochanda at 6pm this evening, this card features "Midnight Dreams", just one of the new stamps available.

I've paired the new stamps with one of my favourite Spectrum Noir products, the Aqua Markers!
                 
The Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers were used for both colouring the butterfly stamp and for the background!
