Summary Process
For this card I again used the Tim Holtz "Wrinkle-Free Distress" technique, although this time used DecoArt Media Mister sprays in place of Distress Inks.
I love the vibrancy of the colours and the fact that they are permanent once dry.
Prior to adding the colour to my background I used clear embossing powder with a "mini squares" stencil to create resist areas.

A5 Card Blank
Winsor & Newton Smooth Surface Cartridge Paper (220gsm)
Black Cardstock
DecoArt Media Misters (Primary Yellow, Orange, Yellow Green)
Archival Ink (Jet Black, Watering Can)
Distress Markers (Same colours as the inks)
Ranger's Perfect Medium
Black Embossing Powder
Posca Paint Marker (White)
